What is a Virtual Boot Camp?
Virtual Boot Camp is your chance to be the Biggest Loser on your block (or in the office), save a bundle while eating the right foods, and get expert guidance for 1/35th of the usual cost!
Several times a year I (Adam Erwin, in-home personal trainer) am hired to lead a client through my one-on-one boot camp. For an entire month, I coordinate daily exercise for them, plan out and/or prepare every single calorie they consume, and lead them through the best nutrition and fitness month they have ever experienced.
The Virtual Boot Camp is the very experience that I offer to those clients, minus my physical presence. By enrolling in the Virtual Boot Camp, you can:

What supplies will I need to participate?
While I can't "pull back the curtain (like in the Wizard of Oz)" to list the exact supplements and tools I use, I can provide a list of the type of supplements we use in the program:
- A few feet of free space at home and a 10 lb. or 15 lb. resistance band (for the home workout program) OR a gym membership (for the gym workout program)
- A Comprehensive Cleanse that does much more than just go to work on the colon.
- A fiber drink with 12g fiber per serving and less than 10g sugar per serving (Once you enroll, I will let you know about the most effective and best tasting fiber drink I have ever tried!)
- A premium joint support formula (I have a specialty product that I recommend that costs $12 and is amazing....but I cannot recommend it until sign up)
- A multivitamin with clinically-proven effectiveness (I insist my clients take the most absorbable and cost-effective multivitamin on the market....and will disclose it when you sign up...the best $19.99 you may ever spend!)
