A few years ago I went from being a relatively in shape guy with a 32-inch waiste to becoming an abs-informercial-waiting-to-happen 28-inch waist with washboard abs.
I didn't change my workouts in the gym nor did I change my diet (I should have...I was keeping Wendy's and Chipotle in business at the time). I made one significant distinction that helped me to lose fat as I never had before.
Then I helped my buddy lose 27 lbs. of fat in six weeks. Then personal trainers started asking me what I had my buddy doing. When enough personal trainers started coming to me for answers, I decided to become one. And then I really started helping people:
- a 43 year-old mother of three lost 61 lbs. and 10 dress sizes.
- a 30 year-old diabetic lost 30 lbs. and went from taking the maximum pill and insulin shot doses to eliminating his medicine altogether (and now he wears the pant size he wore in middle school!).
- a postpartum 34 year-old lost her baby fat, got her abs back, and was noticed by her husband again.
